Dr. Mahsa and Dr. Nazanin Hakim are both graduates of the UCSF School of Dentistry here in San Francisco. They also hold dental degrees from Iran. As members of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and San Francisco Dental Society, they both have been practicing dentistry in the Bay Area since their graduation from UCSF in 2004.

Dr. Mahsa Hakim received her Invisalign (invisible orthodontics) certification in 2005 and has become a premier provider of Invisalign. Dr. Hakim has done volunteer work for homeless patients at the UCSF Community Dental Clinic. In her spare time, she is an active member of charity and fund raising events that benefit orphans and underprivileged students. Mahsa likes classical singing, the outdoors and traveling.

Dr. Nazanin Hakim ranked first among her class in clinical performance at UCSF. She has served as a clinical instructor at UCSF and the University of the Pacific. Following her passion of giving back to the community, she has volunteered for the WHO dental program in San Francisco public kindergartens. She has been active in continuing education programs focusing on Cosmetic Dentistry, Pediatric Dentistry and Endodontics. She resides with her husband and two children in San Francisco. Nazanin enjoys spending time with her family, traveling around the world, water sports, playing the piano and cooking.
